Nurulamal strives to make returns and exchanges straightforward for every customer. Below are the key details to ensure a hassle-free experience when returning your女装 purchases.

1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

You have 20 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in unused condition: no signs of wear, original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Seasonal items (e.g., holiday collections, swimwear) must be returned within 14 days of delivery, and swimwear must have the hygiene seal intact to be eligible.

2. Return Status Tracking

After submitting your return request, you’ll receive a unique return reference number via email. Use this number to check the status of your return by replying to the initial return email or contacting us at nurulamal012025@outlook.com. We’ll also send email updates when we receive your return and when your refund/exchange is processed.

3. Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Complete the return form included in your order package (or download it from our website if missing).

  3. Attach the return label to your package and drop it off at the nearest courier location (details provided in the label email).

4. Refund & Exchange Details

  • Refunds: Processed within 4 business days of receiving your return. Refunds are credited to the original payment method, and a confirmation email is sent once completed. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to process the refund.
  • Exchanges: Specify your desired size/color in the return form. Exchanges are shipped within 2 business days of return approval, with no additional shipping fees. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund automatically.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that’s faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 10 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging in your email to nurulamal012025@outlook.com. We’ll arrange a free return and offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange—whichever you prefer.

6. Non-Returnable Items
