Nurulamal Women's Fashion Shipping Policy

This shipping policy outlines the details of how Nurulamal delivers your orders across the United Kingdom. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following shipping terms and conditions.

1. Shipping Options & Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: Available for all mainland UK addresses, taking 2-4 business days. For Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland, delivery takes 3-5 business days.
  • Express Delivery: Next-business-day delivery for mainland UK orders placed before 2pm GMT (Mon-Thu). Orders placed after 2pm GMT on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

2. Shipping Costs

Standard delivery costs £2.99 for mainland UK orders (free on orders over £45). Express delivery costs £5.49 for mainland UK. Additional surcharges of £2.00 apply to Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland for both shipping options, calculated automatically at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

4. Packaging Standards

We use sturdy, recyclable packaging to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. Delicate products (such as lace garments or beaded accessories) are wrapped in tissue paper and placed in padded envelopes or boxes for extra protection. We avoid excessive packaging to minimize environmental impact.

5. Delivery Issues & Returns

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us at nurulamal012025@outlook.com with your order number. For missing orders, please wait 5 business days from the dispatch date before inquiry, as occasional courier delays may occur. If your order arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging for a prompt resolution.

6. Undelivered Orders

If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions for re-delivery or collection. Undelivered orders returned to us will be held for 14 days. We will then contact you to arrange re-delivery (with a £2.99 re-shipping fee) or process a refund (minus original shipping costs) if no response is received.
